Well, my name is Izabela Gentil Darli, but my family and friends call me Bela. (Fun fact: ‘Bela’ means ‘pretty’ and ‘Gentil’ means ‘kind’ in Portuguese. What are the odds, huh?)
I’m Brazilian, so I have a good sense of humor, and I love what I do (and so do my customers).
One thing you should know about me is that before becoming a social media manager, I worked as a customer success analyst. That’s why I developed sensibility to customers’ needs.
